In this song, that was made especially for Valentine's Day, the California-based artist shows off her amazing pen game, as her sweet lyrics wash over her listeners with ease. We can clearly see the influence that Aaliyah (one of Journee’s favourite artists) has had on her, as the visuals encapsulate everything that Aaliyah displayed in most of her tracks. From the iconic side part to Journee’s director Daniel Antonio’s choice to use red lighting for this video, a sense of mystery is formed.  Journee is extremely special as she is not afraid to embrace the 90s vibe of R&B and give it a modern twist, which is what she has clearly done with this single.
